Hi Dad,
I know
it says Tom is emailing you, but it is me (Shireen)!
This is
the greatest photo of everyone (minus Liesl). Can you believe...this was 24
hours after you looked blue and dead!!
Wow!
Tim and
Jan,
We are so happy you are making an amazing recovery. Did
not hear the news until recently. Pam has listened to your sermons
online and noticed you have not been speaking and we were concerned. We
received an email from Joe Hobbs (I do not check my emails but once a
month). We just now left your website, seeing the picture of your family
and the big heart. We are cheered to see you, Jan and lovely daughters
sans Liesl.
We love you and appreciate you. We have had our ups and downs but you
remain important and loved.
We pray for a enriching time for you at
Take care and much love,
John & Pam Hart

As the old saying goes, you can't keep a good
man down, especially if he puts his future in Christ.
Given the fact that you have had a few days to re-appreciate your home as well as you life, I will give you a
call before paying a visit.
Godspeed, David D(onnelley)

What a shocker. Sorry to hear you have had to go through this. 5-way, hum, couldn't you have just settled
for 1 or 2? Seriously, I'm surprised this has happened to you, you look so fit and in good condition. One
never knows does one? And here you are setting up another web site just 6 days later!
It behooves you to take heed Tim and agree to slow down a bit. Spend some of your reclining time to make
a list of what you can safely eliminate from your daily thru monthly schedule. God wants you to pace yourself
more. And we both know that He knows best. So be a good soldier and yield to His wishes.
Welcome to the land of chronic diseases. It is a new way of life, but not unfathomable. One just has to pace
themselves differently. And it certainly does sharpen our sense of values. My thoughts and prayers are
with you on this new journey you are following. Your cheerful spirit and lovely Jan will get you through this.
Continue to adjust to a different pace for a joyful life.

Tim & Jan:
I received a call from Joan Vogelaar today regarding Tim's by-pass
surgery. We hope and pray that he is doing well. We'll keep him in our
prayers. If you think of it please give us an update
when you have
time. Blessings.

Welcome back , Tim. We are glad that this trying ordeal is over that quick.
Now, we hope you can relax a while and enjoy life again. We will be over soon with
a good bottle, but I am afraid we are going to have to leave the T-bones behind. Think
strenuously "yummy Tofu" instead! Three cheers for survival! Yvette & Henry
Dear Tim and Jan,
Margarita and I are sending you all the best wishes possible, wishes of gratitude for God's gift of the medical sciences to perform such surgeries. May God's peace be with you and your family in the next several weeks of recovery.
